The Humblefisherman takes Trouttrek fly fishing into some of his favorite cutthroat water. Filmed on the eastern slopes in Southern Alberta, Canada. Many beautiful cutthroat and cutbows are brought to the net fishing dry flies as well as nymphs. Southern Alberta is known for it’s pristene forests and glacier fed rivers and streams.

    Jay,
I really enjoyed your vids. I may have missed how the pup passed but I hope it was peaceful. You’ve got what fly fishing is all about figured out. Tight Lines my friend

Thanks Don, she never slowed down for a day, came home in October to a sick dog. Her gums were pale (in shock)so i took her to the vet. They found a large mass next to her Liver, so i had to put her down. It was tough to say goodbye, but the love i had for her gave me the strength to do what needed to be done. It’s a shame they can’t live longer.

The new pups name is Maple, and she’s a real handfull. Many more movies on the way!!!
    Thanks for watching.
