yea i agree with what you said about what releasing does. I try to release all, but its temping when you fly fish a small stream and get a nice 22 inch stocked brown. its a tough decision
pictures pictures pictures…..replica mounts….i’m not saying i don’t eat some fish now and then but the wilds and native all go back…..death to the stocker
Elk springs is by far the best fishing for the money I have ever been to! Took a trip last year and had an outstanding time! Brought in a few native brookies and a bunch of big rainbows and browns! I know you all had fun! Nice fish and thank you for puting it back so I can have a crack at it!!
the elk springs resort is catch and release, now fly fishing only….hopefully you didn’t keep any from that section….i don’t disrespect anyone who keeps fish for eating i do it myslef from time to time….buy why eat a wild or native fish? there are plenty of blue sided creek chubs (stockers) to around…especially on the elk

Of course we did not keep any! But we did have a great time catching and releasing some of those monsters! And the staff at the fly shop was outstanding!!!! Again, great fish!
if u new anythin about trout fishin ud kno that u cant jus go layin the hammer down as u call it.. its very easy to rip or jerk the hook out of a trout mouth even when set
are you fucking retarded??? the size of east coast vs west coast fish don’t compare. it’s 100% easier to catch fish on the west vs the east. you bring you hippie ass to the east and we’ll see how you fair catching your monster fish.
